Student Welfare Program

Our Student Welfare Worker, Anna Kuhlmann-Schleuter, supports the personal and social wellbeing of students and the school community.

Anna works closely with the guardians and teachers to design and implement wellbeing programs across the school, and to arrange referrals where extra support is needed. Anna is a qualified counsellor (with an MA in creative arts therapy) and also an ex Steiner student and mother of two.

High School Student Code of Conduct

Our High School's Student Code of Conduct promotes a safe and orderly learning environment for every student. We urge all parents/caregivers and students to read this publication thoroughly and discuss it. A signed copy of the Student Code of Conduct Agreement must be signed by every family at the start of each school year.

If you have any questions about the required conduct and consequences for misconduct, we encourage you to speak to your Class Guardians or our High School Wellbeing Coordinator Marie Perry mariep@shearwater.nsw.edu.au.
